We are looking for a Sales Backoffice to support our commercial team across all post-sales activities. In this role, you will ensure that customer orders are processed accurately, documentation is properly managed, and shipments are coordinated efficiently. You will interact daily with clients, logistics teams, and country-of-origin offices to keep operations flowing smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

• Insert and update sales data in the CRM system
• Respond to customer emails, providing order status updates and necessary documentation
• Handle basic complaints and customer inquiries
• Track sales performance and monitor shipments
• Coordinate with logistics and origin teams to schedule loadings and follow up on procedures

Required Knowledge

• University degree in a relevant field

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent English (Spanish is a strong plus)
• Highly communicative and customer-oriented
• Strong logical and analytical reasoning
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
