Inbound Logistics Analyst

  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation for international shipments, including landing bills, commercial
  • invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and import/export permits.
  • · Work closely with customs brokers to ensure that shipments comply with the necessary customs regulations and
  • that goods clear customs in a timely manner.
  • · Oversee the importation process, including managing inbound shipments, tracking arrival dates, and coordinating
  • with customs authorities.
  • · Maintain accurate records of all import shipments, customs declarations, and other relevant documentation in
  • compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • · Identify potential risks in the import logistics process, such as shipping delays, customs hold-ups, or
  • documentation errors, and take corrective actions.
  • · Identify and implement improvements in the import process, from documentation management to shipment
  • tracking and customs clearance, to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • · Provide insights into foreign trade regulations, tariff changes, and global trade agreements
  • · Assist in ensuring that all international trade activities comply with customs regulations, import/export laws, and
  • international trade agreements.
