Responsabilidades e atribuições
This position has the mission to support building and leading the company's international trade marketing strategy, developing and implementing actions that maximize the presence of products at the point of sale and boost sales.
- Implement brand strategy by market (portfolio, channel, price and promotion) - 4 priority countries
- Elaborate and implement marketing plan by market
- Develop and implement brand KPIs in the markets
- Planning, developing and implementing trade fair and event strategies
- Preparing Execution Dashboards by market
- Developing Incentive Campaigns for Customers and the Sales Team
- Implement training and workshops for the sales team
- Managing agencies and aligning the various suppliers, with management processes and flows, in order to guarantee results and achieve the objectives proposed in the area
- Define and implement international trade marketing processes
Requisitos e qualificações
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in the meat industry or food products sector.
· Strong knowledge of meat products, cuts, and the meat supply chain.
