• Vivência anterior com supervisão/gestão de equipes e indicadores de Gente & Gestão;
• Conhecimento em todos os subsistemas do departamento: recrutamento e seleção, treinamento e desenvolvimento, cargos e salários, folha de pagamento, ponto eletrônico, clima organizacional, comunicação interna, entre outros;
• Conhecimento em gestão de indicadores (Headcount, Turnover, Absenteísmo);
• Disponibilidade de atuar em 2º turno;

• Ensino superior completo em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;
• Desejável Pós-graduação nas áreas relacionadas;
• Pacote office (avançado).
